Booking is officially open for our next Guest Instructor class - and this one is truly special!
We are being joined by former Scottish Ballet Principal Dancer, Bethany Kingsley-Garner, for an inspiring classical ballet session open to all levels.
Originally from Devon, Bethany trained at the prestigious Royal Ballet School and has enjoyed a distinguished career on the international stage. You might also recognise her as a BBC Young Dancer mentor and National Dance Award nominee for Outstanding Classical Performance.
Join Bethany to work through a gentle warmup, traditional barre work, easy-to-follow centre exercises, and a dedicated cool-down stretch to leave you feeling fantastic.
One thing I can guarantee is that Bethany’s warm expertise will leave you feeling completely inspired!
