Follow along with our 3rd in the series of 30 minute quickie ballet fitness classes for adults.

QUICKIE 1 - 30 min
30 min quickie ballet fitness class. 15 mins of barre, 10 mins of centre and 5 mins of core and stretching mat work.

A quickie 30 minute, easy to follow ballet fitness class. Starting at the barre, we work the leg and lower back muscles. Moving into the centre for some light cardio, core and arm work. Then onto the floor for glute activation and stretching.

Ballet Band Resistance Band Training CLASSES

Ballet Band - 30 min

Follow-along with our Ballet Band workout to strengthen, tone and condition the entire body. This workout covers legs, butt, abs, arms, ankles and back.

4 resistance band stretches for dancers. These stretches can be done with a resistance band or anything stretchy - like a pair of lycra leggings!

This exercise will help to strengthen your core and back, as well as stretching the hamstrings. Repeat this exercise gently without any sudden movements. Keep your shoulders relaxed and neck straight.

Inner thigh & legs
This is a great exercise for strengthening your core, legs and inner thighs. Turn your legs out from the hips, keep legs straight and point the feet. Lower and lift the legs for an increased abdominal challenge.

CENTRE GRAND PLIE FOR CORE STRENGTH
Core & balance
This is a great exercise for strengthening your core and legs. We stretch throughout this exercise to improve muscle shape and length. Try to keep your posture straight and shoulders relaxed to minimise tension in the neck.

Core & leg strength builder
A simple exercise to help you strengthen your core and build overall body strength. Do this exercise slowly on both sides regularly. Eventually, you should be able to do this without using your arms.
