Power & Poise is a unique workshop designed to take the performance secrets of the studio and bring them directly into your professional life. We don’t focus on traditional public speaking tips. Instead, we go deeper, using the physical fundamentals of ballet (Grounding, Poise, and Breathwork), to rewire how your body handles pressure.
Classical Ballet Class with Patricia Zhou
Join guest instructor Patricia Zhou for a 60-minute classical ballet class. Patricia is an award-winning filmmaker and freelance dancer who has performed with The Royal Ballet, Staatsballett Berlin, and L.A. Dance Project. A prize winner at the Prix de Lausanne and the first soloist to perform on Dancing with the Stars, she recently debuted in the West End’s Dr. Semmelweis.

Flexibility is key to achieving good ballet form and technique. In this class we follow a range of low impact stretches and exercises to elongate and shape muscles, whilst helping you to achieve more flexibility, better extension and alignment in the body.

Join one of our classic classes online. Starting at the barre, we warm up and work through exercises based on classic ballet technique. We then move into the centre for port de bras, core work, balance-work and stretching. This class is suitable for all levels.

Short of time? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with our quickie classes. 10 mins of barre work, 10 mins of centre 5 mins of core and 5 mins of stretching will see you tick off that workout and get your ballet fix in a jiffy.
