Introducing three new classes:

Ballet Fusion Technique

Improve your ballet technique and form with this 30 minute technique class.

Every Monday and Wednesday at 6pm we’ll work through the basics to help you get the most out of your ballet fitness classes.

Ballet Band

Resistance bands are amazing for helping to build strength and tone muscles. We use a resistance band in this class to work the legs, core, back and arms. Resistance training contributes towards improved posture, hip strength and better turnout - which all help to rapidly improve ballet technique and benefit.

A 30 minute class. Every Monday 12.30pm and Thursday 7pm

Ballet Body Blast

Your 7.30am wake-up. This is the perfect class to get your day started. We combine exercises from our Ballet Core, Butt and Arms classes to give you a total body workout in 30 minutes.

No equipment needed - just your mat. We’ll do the rest.

Thursday 7.30am
