If you’re looking for an online ballet workout then you already know how good ballet is for the body and mind.

Ballet Fusion online ballet workouts are designed to strengthen, tone and shape - as well as help to improve posture and balance.

We’re currently running nine different types of online ballet workout classes ranging from classical ballet fitness to ballet core and ballet cardio flow.

All you need to join our online ballet workouts is a chair or something of a similar height you can use as a barre, a mat for floor work (or carpet is just fine) and a computer or mobile device to watch the live-stream class on. Footwear can either be soft ballet shoes, socks or bare feet. And for our Cardio Flow class, it’s fine to wear any of these or soft trainers.

Which online ballet workout is right for me?

Choose from our varied list of online ballet workouts:

  • Ballet Fusion Classic - An online ballet fitness workout based on the principles of classical ballet. 45 mins starting at the barre, followed by centre work, floor core and stretching.

  • Ballet Fusion Basics - A simple version of our Classic class. Perfect for beginners or those who have never done any ballet fitness before.

  • Cardio Flow - The ultimate (and best in our opinion) online ballet cardio workout. 30 minutes of ballet-inspired cardio, calisthenic and stretching work to really get the heart rate up, move us into the fat burning zone, tone muscle and shape the body.

  • Stretch & Flex - A beautiful 30 minute class of stretching and limbering to elongate and shape the muscles, increase flexibility and detoxify the body. You’ll feel two inches taller and 100 times better after this online flexibility class.

  • Ballet Core - 20 minutes of ballet fitness focussed entirely on the core. Our strength originates from our core and this twice weekly online core class is a fun and speedy way to get in shape and build strength.

  • Ballet Butt - We love our derrieres! This online class of ballet-inspired bun-shaping exercises is the perfect way to shape, tone, strengthen and awaken our glutes, upper legs, back, hips and hamstrings for targeted results.

  • Ballet Arms - As we age it gets harder to keep our arms in shape. This online arm shaping class uses ballet-inspired exercises to tone, strengthen and shape the arms.

  • Ballet Fusion Quickie - Our Quickie class is 30 mins of our favourite ballet fitness exercises pulled together for the perfect lunchtime online ballet workout. Incorporating barre, centre and floor we use a combination of traditional ballet exercises and ballet-inspired deep muscle workouts to shape, tone and strengthen the entire body.

  • Pointe Prep - A class designed for anyone who has ever dreamt of going on pointe. It’s never too late, no matter what our age. Also great for anyone who danced on pointe when they were younger and wants to strengthen in preparation for going on pointe again.
