Our live stream online ballet classes run at various times throughout the week. With different classes every day, there’s something to suit everyone and keep you on your toes.
We live-stream our adult ballet fitness classes all week - so you can get fit and have fun with ballet from the comfort of your own home.

Pure Ballet

This is a classical ballet class including barre and centre work. This class may include elements that our ballet fitness classes don't such as petit allegro, adage and pirouettes. Perfect for those who have done ballet before or for those looking for a traditional ballet class.
Ballet Fusion Quickie

Short of time? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with our quickie classes. 10 mins of barre work, 10 mins of centre 5 mins of core and 5 mins of stretching will see you tick off that workout and get your ballet fix in a jiffy.
Sunday Stretch

Flexibility is key to achieving good ballet form and technique. In this class we follow a range of low impact stretches and exercises to elongate and shape muscles, whilst helping you to achieve more flexibility, better extension and alignment in the body.
Posture & Alignment

If you sit a lot, or have weak posture and balance, this class is for you. A focus on strengthening & elongating the core & spine for improved overall posture.
Strength & Conditioning

(Previously called Ballet Strong) 30 minutes of strengthening ballet conditioning exercises to tone, shape and strengthen the whole body. This class uses optional equipment: A resistance band (long or looped) and a pilates ball or cushion. The class can be completed without any equipment. A mat or comfy flooring is recommended for floor work.
Adult Beginner Pointe

A class for dancers with some pointe experience. This class begins with a warmup off pointe. We then put our pointe shoes on for basic exercises en pointe at the barre.
Perfect for those who have a little pointe experience, have done pointe work in the past or for those who have been invited to join this class by a Ballet Fusion Instructor.
Cardio Flow

A faster paced class that takes place in the centre (no barre). Cardio Flow is a non-stop aerobic and calisthenic workout to really get the heart pumping and shape those muscles. With a cool down and stretch at the end of class, you’ll feel amazing for the rest of the day.
ABC (Arms, Butt, Core)

A 30min full-body workout combining exercises from our Ballet Core, Butt and Arms classes to really tone, shape, and strengthen.
Floor Barre

A 30 minute floor-based class combining ballet and pilates-style movements to improve alignment, strength and mobility. No equipment needed other than a yoga mat / similar to lie on.
20 Min Mobility Flow

A gentle class designed to help wake the body up, improve overall mobility and increase range of motion.
This 20 min class aims to increase mobility around the joints with focused movements and activation. A beautiful, gentle class which will leave you feeling revived, centred and moving more freely.
20 Min Core

It’s all about the core! A 20min core workout to shape the stomach, waist, and back as well as build strength for improved posture and balance. Improve your core, improve everything :)
20 Min Butt

Squeeze, shape, tone and strengthen your beautiful butt with this 20 min class. Improves overall strength as well as building hip, leg, and back support.

How it works
We have different types of ballet fitness class live streaming all week. Select the class you want to join and book your spot. Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an email confirming your space at the online class and giving you all the info you need. You’ll also get a reminder 1hr before with a reminder of how to access the live class.
You will be able to see the instructor clearly but you have the option to allow the instructor to see you or you can turn your camera off so you are invisible to the rest of the class. It’s entirely up to you. Our teaching style is relaxed and friendly. Ballet fitness should be enjoyable - it’s what keeps us coming back!
What you'll need
A chair or something you can use as a barre (tabletop, counter top etc).
Enough space to lift your leg in front, to the side and behind you. (Move those vases!)
A yoga mat / towel / comfy flooring for mat work and stretching.
A computer or phone you can link to the class through set up in a place you can see clearly.
Note: If you are on carpet, be aware that there will be more friction which can be harder on joints and muscles. Please be careful and stop if anything feels uncomfortable or twingey (knees especially!)

We use Zoom for our live-stream classes.
Once you join the class, please mute your mic. You can leave your camera on or turn it off - that's entirely up to you :)
If you are asked for a meeting code, it will be the unique code at the end of the meeting link such as abc-defg-hjk.
